Registration Types

REGISTRATION DESCRIPTIONS

ADMISSION TO ALL SESSIONS AND EVENTS WILL BE
LIMITED TO APPROPRIATE REGISTRATION TYPE--2011 RATES TBD.


FULL: Workshops and General Sessions, Symposiums, Exhibits, Industry and Exhibit Hall Receptions, PCC Event, Continental Breakfasts, Lunches, Wednesday Evening Event. 

Cost:  Early Bird - $900.00, Regular Rate - $950.00, On-site Rate - $995.00

U.S. POSTAL SERVICE ®: Same as Full Registration. 

Cost:  Early Bird - $650.00, Regular Rate - $650.00, On-site Rate - $700.00 

THREE - DAY REGISTRATION: When applicable, includes Workshops and General Sessions, Symposiums, Exhibits, Continental Breakfast, Lunch and Social Events on the days chosen. 

Cost:  Early Bird - $800.00, Regular Rate - $850.00, On-site Rate - $900.00

ONE- OR TWO-DAY REGISTRATION: When applicable, includes Workshops and General Sessions, Symposiums, Exhibits, Continental Breakfast, Lunch and Social Events on the day(s) chosen. 

Cost:  (TWO DAY) Early Bird - $750.00, Regular Rate - $800.00, On-site Rate - $850.00

Cost:  (ONE DAY) Early Bird - $450.00, Regular Rate - $475.00, On-site Rate - $475.00

OPTIONAL FEES

GUEST/SPOUSE: (Food and social functions only)  Cost:  $225.00

NPF GOLF TOURNAMENT, SATURDAY:
  Includes greens fees, cart, transportation, awards, lunch, reception and prizes.  Cost:  $125.00 


PLEASE NOTE:  You will receive an e-mailed confirmation within a week of registering for the Forum.  Confirmation packets will be mailed out two weeks before the start of the Forum.
