Exhibitors may mail to Mailing Industry Attendees, USPS and/or Exhibitors.  The charge to mail to the pre and post-event mailing list is a flat fee of $200 to the NPF.  The National Postal Forum must approve all promotional pieces in advance.  Promotional items must tie in the company's participation and products being displayed at the National Postal Forum.
