l What are the dates and location of the current Forum?

The 2011 NPF Forum will be held in San Diego, CA, May 1-4.

l Where is the next forum?

The 2012 NPF Forum will be held in Olando, FL, April 1-4.

l Did you receive my registration?

Call the NPF office at 703-218-5015 to verify receipt of your registration.

l How can I get a receipt for my registration?

Contact NPF via e-mail at info@npf.org or call 703-218-5015 and request a receipt for registration.

l When will I receive my confirmation packet?

Confirmation packets will be mailed out three weeks before the start date of the Forum.

l When will I receive confirmation on my hotel reservation?

Confirmation for hotel reservations will come directly from the hotel.  Once your registration is processed and your reservation sent to the hotel, the hotel will send out your confirmation.  You may also call the hotel directly to confirm you reservation after they have processed it.

l What is the address and phone number of the hotel where I have requested a reservation?               

A list of the hotels with their address and phone numbers is listed on our website under Attendee Information.

l Is there parking at the San Diego Convention Center and if so, what is the cost?

l Who is the Wednesday afternoon luncheon speaker?

The Wednesday afternoon luncheon speaker is to be determined.

l Who is the Wednesday evening entertainment?

The Wednesday evening entertainment is to be determined.

l Where and when do I pick up my badge?

Registration will be located at the San Diego Convention Center.  It opens on Saturday, May 1, at which time attendees can pick-up their badges.

l Where can I leave a message or contact an attendee?

A message center will be available at the Registration area.

l How do I acquire my mail certificate and when will I receive it?

Certificates are awarded to attendees who complete the required sessions and register online at our website when certificate registration opens during the show or when they return to the office.  Request will be processed and verified and certificates mailed out 10 days after request is received.
