A basic company listing is available to NPF attendees at no cost, but you can increase your company’s visibility with an enhanced web- and email-enabled listing, as well as multiple display ad opportunities. We’re confident that you’ll find it a valuable tool for reaching your target market.
Sent every Wednesday to nearly 10,000 industry professionals, the NPF Mailing Industry Updates e-newsletter consists of the week’s top direct mail-related news stories. A wide variety of ad options, including dedicated e-blasts to the subscriber list are available to help you get your product or service in front of highly qualified buyers. As a value-added service, exhibitors may promote their products and services to NPF attendees through pre-show mailings. Promotional items must tie in the company’s participation and products being displayed at the National Postal Forum. The National Postal Forum must approve all promotional pieces in advance. Promotional mailings may be scheduled to drop as early as May 5, 2024. Exhibitors may mail to Mailing Industry Attendees, USPS and/orExhibitors. Two weeks prior to the NPF event, total attendee count is approximately 1500-2000 names to mail to, depending on the categories that are chosen. The mailing list does not include the email addresses. The NPF registered attendee list will be distributed in excel format. Approximately two weeks after the NPF, the total mailing list will be available. Complimentary attendee lists are not permitted.
The cost to mail to the list is $1,000 to NPF plus processing and postage.
NPF List User Agreement
