Mail Design Professional (MDP)

The MDP program teaches mailing industry personnel how to design mail to enhance its compatibility with the USPS automated equipment.

Executive Mail Center Manager (EMCM)

The EMCM course is a comprehensive training program for individuals who wish to develop Mail Center Management skills. 

Certified Direct Mail Professional (CDMP)

The CDMP limited-enrollment course is sponsored by the USPS and was developed by a committee of USPS and mailing industry experts.

Register prior to 2.7.20 and receive a $50 Early Bird discount.

PCC Members Discount
PCC members take $100 off a Full Registration or $50 off a Three-Day Registration or Two-Day Registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by February 7, 2020 are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received between February 8, 2020 and April 3, 2020 are subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued for cancelations received after April 3, 2020.

Cancellations can be processed through the NPF online registration system or sent via fax (703-218-5020) or email ([email protected]). Cancelling your registration also cancels your hotel registration if the reservation was made through NPF.
