Register NowEarn official USPS certification upon completion of the Mail Design Professional (MDP) course and passing the online MDP certification exam. This certification program teaches mailing industry personnel how to design mail to enhance its compatibility with the USPS automated equipment while maximizing cost efficiencies and reducing processing delays. To earn official USPS certification, participants are required to complete the onsite course workshop at NPF and receive a passing score of 80% or higher on the online MDP certification exam. Cancellations received by February 27, 2026 are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received between February 28 and April 10, 2026 are subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued for cancelations received after April 11, 2026.
