The NPF Hotel Block for 2023 is now full. Rooms were made available on a first serve basis and have reached capacity. You may try booking directly with a Charlotte hotel, however NPF cannot guarantee availability. For your convenience, we have included the following hotels and their respective contact numbers below. The US Postal Service Certification courses offer an exclusive opportunity for NPF attendees to expand their base of knowledge and commitment to ongoing education through three comprehensive training courses. For 2023, attendees have the opportunity to earn certification in mail design.
The Mail Design Professional (MDP) program teaches mailing industry personnel how to design mail to enhance its compatibility with the USPS automated equipment.
Cancellations received by February 17, 2023 are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received between February 18, 2023 and April 14, 2023 are subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued for cancelations received after April 14, 2023.
